Graphics Card: On PC/Windows, the Roblox application requires DirectX 10 or higher feature level support. Newly released operating systems or pre-released versions of operating systems may not immediately be supported. Note: Roblox video recording feature only works on Windows 7, Windows 8.1 and Windows 10. Chrome OS: Chrome OS version 53 or above is required, and you must first enable Google Play Store on your device. Mobile: Click here for system requirements for Roblox Mobile. Linux: Roblox is not supported on Linux. Note: The Roblox website supports the following browsers for Mac: Chrome, Firefox, and Safari. Mac: Roblox Client will install on 10.10 (Yosemite) and higher whereas the Roblox Studio will install on Mac OS 10.13 (High Sierra) and above. Note: The Roblox website supports the following browsers for PC/Windows: Chrome, Firefox, and Microsoft Edge. For Windows 8.1 you will need to run Roblox in Desktop Mode, as Metro Mode (the tiled start-screen) is not currently supported.
