The parks can see between 100 and 350 people an hour and include a reception/briefing area, main arena, up to 11 party rooms, and diner/caf facilities. Absolutely awful service will never use again. Flip Out began with outdoor trampoline parks throughout Australia and progressed, in colder climates, to provide indoor facilities of between 14,000 and 65,000 sq ft. They refuse to refund me, you can't get in touch with HQ and now whe I phone they put the phone down on me. Host ( joke ) even told my daughter he was so good he was expecting us to leave him a tip ! Place is dirty and poorly staffed by obviously unqualified kids. Cake cut and stuck in burger boxes and we were told to leave as kids couldn't eat cake in party room. Food eventually bought out and went cold as kids kept waiting along period for cutlery and tomato sauce, no music played. Kept waiting as room wasn't ready and dirty, which then ate into children's play time, asian member of staff rude and sarcastic to my 16 Yr old daughter who asked for 2 additional pairs of socks. Went to Sandwell flip out 11th September for my daughters 7th birthday paid £180 + for the silver package and ended up doing everything for the host who clearly was little more than than a child themselves and clearly not interested or qualified.
